Delivery Terms

1. Base Rate and Fee Waiver:

   • We are delivering Auto Parts located In Willows, CA for Free. 

2. Extended Delivery Fees:

   • For deliveries beyond 10 miles, additional fees will need to be calculated at the time of placing the order.

   • Maximum delivery distance is 120 Miles.

3. Delivery Times:

   • Delivery times are subject to availability and traffic conditions.

   • We strive to deliver your parts as quickly as possible to ensure minimal downtime.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Parts can be returned as long as they are uninstalled and in unused condition.

   • Returns must adhere to the return policies of the auto parts stores from which the parts were purchased.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service to initiate a return.

   • Bring the return to us at the RV

   • Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

   • Ensure that the part is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and documentation.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed once the returned part has been inspected and approved.

   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

   • Refunds will only cover the Auto part cost and not delivery cost, unless it was a mistake on our part.
